Idle Sunday! :p

Done reading “The five people you meet in heaven” by Mitch Albom, I bought through (net) e-books 1yr and 2mos ago, I’ve been VERY busy (naks) these past months hadn’t find time to read, thanks to my email for storing this e-book.  I started this while watching ASAP 2012 (two at a time) of course I couldn’t missed the much awaited production of my Idol, Sarah G , so there..  reading while watching *oki, mostly just listening =)

I’m always curious about life after death, or there is really life after death?  Do people reincarnate after death?  Maybe I am bound to believe, HAHA having always the same dream, “I can fly WITHOUT wings” so what am I in past life? Bird? (puede) or Vampire?? HAHAHAHAHA HOW I WISH! They can’t fly but they can move faster than usual (in movies and TVD series).  So much of me, here’s why I chose this book, seeking an answer to my questions.  Maybe I can find it here or another life lesson to learn (through books).

Highlights, just some life lessons excerpt from book.

*there are five people Eddie meets when he dies, each of them share their stories while they’re still alive and life’s lesson.
*if you want a copy, just msg me in FB, i will send it thru e-mail tapos share-a-load na lang bayaran. HAHAHA :D  =)))))))

FIRST LESSON

“That there are no random acts. That we are all connected. That you can no more separate one life from another than you can separate a breeze from the wind.”

“Fairness, does not govern life and death. If it did, no good person would ever die young.”

There is a balance to it all. One withers, another grows. Birth and death are part of a whole.

“Strangers” are just family you have yet to come to know.

“No life is a waste,” “The only time we waste is the time we spend thinking we are alone.”

SECOND LESSON

“Dying? Not the end of everything. We think it is. But what happens on earth is only the beginning.”

Sacrifice is a part of life. It’s supposed to be. It’s not something to regret. It’s something to aspire to. Little sacrifices. Big sacrifices.

Lost life.  "Sometimes when you sacrifice something precious, you’re not really losing it. You’re just passing it on to someone else.”

THIRD LESSON

You have peace, when you make it to yourself.

“Things that happen before you are born still affect you,” she said. “And people who come before your time affect you as well."

“We move through places every day that would never have been if not for those who came before us. Our workplaces, where we spend so much time—we often think they began with our arrival. That’s not true.”

“Learn this from me. Holding anger is a poison. It eats you from inside. We think that hating is a weapon that attacks the person who harmed us. But hatred is a curved blade. And the harm we do, we do to ourselves."

"No one is born with anger. And when we die, the soul is freed of it. But now, here, in order to move on, you must understand why you felt what you did, and why you no longer need to feel it.”

FOURTH LESSON

“Lost love is still love, Eddie. It takes a different form, that’s all. You can’t see their smile or bring them food or tousle their hair or move them around a dance floor. But when those senses weaken, another heightens. Memory. Memory becomes your partner. You nurture it. You hold it. You dance with it.”

“Life has to end,” she said. “Love doesn't"

THE LAST LESSON
“Not her hands,” she said. “My hands. I bring you to heaven. Keep you safe.” – Tala to Eddie.

*READ IT YOURSELF!
